MoP-UP 3.1

The MoP-UP app is endorsed by the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM), an entity under the Department of Rural Development (DoRD) of the Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP). UPSRLM is tasked with executing the DAY National Rural Livelihood Mission of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), under the Government of India (GOI).

As an essential component of UPSRLM's technological infrastructure, the app seeks to streamline communication among Gram Pradhans, other village-level functionaries, and personnel such as BC Sakhis, SHG office bearers, and community workers aligned with the Mission. This technology platform integrates UPSRLM's accredited banking and training partners, including RSETIs, and facilitates digital integration with specific Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) departments such as Labour (BOCW Board) and Basic Education.

The primary objective of the app is to identify and assist 500,000 extremely impoverished families in accessing DBT payouts from various departments, thereby fostering accelerated poverty alleviation efforts.
